Reunion preparty

A few months ago we decided it would be fun for the entire Layton family to be able to get together before babies were born and we left for Japan. Mid April seemed to work the best so we decided and made it happen! Mat and Jen arrived Sunday and worked and played for a few days before everyone else arrived. I took this opportunity to get a few maternity shots taken too...

My favorite shot :) I love the pregnant belly in front of our house with the pier in the background. I have felt so lucky to have lived here during this pregnancy, it has been the perfect place to grow a baby!

When they arrived on Sunday, we made dinner plans for the week...favorite Oceanside spots every night! Monday was Rim Talay for thai...

 I love this wall of succulents we walk by on the way there...I want to have something like it at my house one day!

 Tuesday night...Rockin Baja. Tried the surf n turf tacos for the first time and they were awesome!!!

 Grant's parents arrived on Wednesday...so we went back to the harbor for dinner and ate some delicious Lighthouse food :)

 Yes, we did a lot of eating this week...but once everyone else arrived we had a lot of other fun too. Stay tuned!
