After the egg hunt we came home and dyed eggs. It had been a busy week so we hadn't had time to do it earlier, but that's ok, it made a good end to our egg day :)
I bought dye kits last year for like 25 cents after Easter, one of which was a "monster" kit. Rowan was very excited about this (even though we only made 2 monsters). I also had seen minion eggs online a few weeks before and since then Rowan had been talking about making "minion eggs'. It was really cute. All the other ones we did were just super vibrant colors. We had fun watching the color tablets dissolve in the vinegar.
