Karleigh gets MARRIED!

I have been anticipating this day from the day Karleigh got engaged. I was happy they were getting married before we left for Okinawa, but I wasn't super excited about the fact that I would be a bridesmaid 3-4 weeks after having a baby :) But of course, I was mostly just happy for them...weddings are exciting!

I don't have a lot of pictures yet (my hands were busy with a baby instead of a camera) but here are a few I snapped. The weather was gorgeous...they avoided the June gloom. She looked beautiful.

Her colors were mint and blush...and I was super impressed by her bouquet. I LOVE the succulents in it. So pretty.

 We woke Rowan up for family pictures outside the temple and he was not happy about it. Waking him up means he's super hungry and is really the only time he freaks out...we'll see how those pics turn out :) So, as soon as we finished with those, he pounded some formula. I'm grateful that he's such a good eater. He ate formula, breastfed, and drank pumped milk all in this one day. Being a new breastfeeding mom was a tiny bit of a challenge on this long day, but we made it work. I pumped in the car and at the church, nursed him in the car, fed him a bottle outside, etc. My outfit made it a little difficult but it added to the memories of the day :) 

Karleigh bought him this cute onesie. The groomsmen wore suspenders so he fit right in :)

 After the temple we headed to the reception site to do the final decorating finishes. I wish I had a pic of it all...but didn't get any. We'll have to wait for the photographer pics.

 They are Dr. Pepper lovers and I even drank one in their honor at the reception :) They had 2 galvanized bins full of them.

 Family photo! Other exciting news of this weekend was Grant got his braces off :) Look at the straight pearly whites!

And this is how we all felt by the end of the day :) It was a perfect, beautiful day though...wouldn't have changed a thing. They safely arrived on their honeymoon in South Africa today, definitely an adventure.
