Being a Navy dentist isn't a bad gig most of the time (especially when I compare it to being a military nurse-or even civilian nurse in Okinawa ;) He got some random days off this month, so we had some fun whenever our days off coincided.
When we were at the aquarium a couple months ago, we saw them setting up the lights and knew we wanted to go back. So, we went up and used our awesome aquarium passes during the afternoon, went and got some dinner and then headed back at dark for the light display!
The aquarium gets more fun every time we go...
We tried a new place for dinner (the options around here are limited) and it was a totally random but luckily pretty good place.
The lights were awesome! We wanted to do some things to get more into the Christmas season and this definitely helped.
Rowan loved the lit up sea creatures. These lights that covered the grass were pretty amazing.
Can't wait to go back again next year :)
