More please...BBQ chicken pizza

Well here it is...another successful new dinner. I babysat for my friend Lyndsay today and she said I should try a BBQ pizza they ate the other day. I have been waiting to try this whole wheat dough in my Everyday Food magazine from awhile back, so tonight was the night, and it didn't disappoint.
Here is the dough recipe (click to enlarge). It was delicious!
After you make and let the dough rise, roll it out to the size of a large pizza (fit perfectly on my pizza stone). Cook some chicken and stir together with your favorite BBQ sauce (I used a combo of Kraft Original and Montgomery Inn). Then, spread as much on the dough as you would like and spread the chicken over it evenly.
Next, add baby spinach, sliced mushrooms and Roma tomatoes.
And finish off with some Colby Jack and feta cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes (crust is already brown since it is whole wheat so make sure it is done...and cheese should be bubbling and starting to brown).
The finished product is amazing!
Cool for a minute, slice, and serve. If you like BBQ chicken pizza, you will love this one!
Enjoy! Let me know what you think if you decide to make it.
