Cosmos field

I have a little bit of back blogging to do here...so bear with me :) Our trips the last few months have seemed to be the highlight of our blog, because they were definitely the busy and fun things we had going on. But here's a catch up of more of our real life :)
In January there was a field about a mile from our house where they grew cosmos before planting crops for the season as good luck. Rowan and I went on morning runs by and through the fields and then we all went twice, just to enjoy this short lived beauty. It seems like we always live far away from things like this, so it was fun for it to be right next to our house!
Rowan can't resist smelling flowers whenever he sees them (even pictures of them!) So as you can imagine, this was quite entertaining :)

And of course, one of the highlights for Rowan was finding this tractor in the field to drive. He was in heaven :) He's in LOVE with "trucks"!
It's hidden gems like these that make me excited to live here and explore the areas around us. It was barely tucked off the main drag, we drove by it all the time and still it took us days to even notice!
