Master Bedroom

Well it's been an exciting transformation of our master bedroom and with the completion of the carpet yesterday, we are just about there! It has really been exciting to see the whole house transforming and becoming the way that we want it. Below is a picture of what it looked like when the previous owner lived here (listing pictures from when we bought the house).

And this is the room once it was empty...before we moved in...

And it finally came! New carpet!!! It is really amazing. We haven't had nice carpet anywhere that we've lived since we have been married. To know that it is clean and no one else has lived on it is amazing. The only bad thing now is that all the flooring is new (wood or carpet) so we have nowhere that we can paint, make a mess, etc. Luckily, it's totally worth it!

And here comes the furniture. Luckily we have french doors in our bedroom out the deck so it was easy enough to move it all out onto the deck while they installed the carpet and then brought it right back in. Worked out great! We are loving the new carpet and having a bedroom that is finally put together.

  1. K, you have to tell me where you got the zebra pint ottoman? I have been dying to get some type of zebra print something in my home. I need some ideas. Looks like you guys are good decorators, we might need your help, also we are looking into the bamboo flooring as well.
