Now that we have nice weather...we've been able to do some more fun outside activities for the young women at church. They have been wanting to tie dye for months now, but we all refused to have this activity inside, so we had to wait for weather to be outside. We finally made it happen and had a great time in the process.
All the girls brought their own white clothes to tie dye, but probably the cutest project of them all were these....
We tie dyed these onesies as a present from the Young Women to Karrie (3) and Liz (1). It was a baby/thank you gift for them. And on that note, Karrie was released as YW president and guess who got to take her place...yep, me. Still deciding how I feel about it but I'm excited to continue in young women's because we have some awesome girls!

What a fun idea for YW's! I'll have to mention that one to our YW's pres. I have to tell you that I SO don't envy your new calling! I'm sure you are one of those people that was made to be a YW's leader, but I am not one of them. I like it in my safe primary calling. :) Seriously though, congrats on your new calling, you will be great at it!

ReplyDeleteso cute and fun! We did tie dye for enrichment last summer but we did it in sinks. It squeeze bottle is a better idea! Exciting on the new calling you'll be great because you are awesome! Love you!
