Welcome to Maui!

Although I have been to Hawaii twice, I had never been to an island besides Oahu. Since we were taking the time and money to fly all the way over there, we decided to explore two islands! So, on Saturday, we said goodbye to our house on the North Shore of Oahu that we loved, and head to Maui!

We truly island hopped in this propeller plane. For some reason it sort of freaked me out, but it wasn't bad. The guy at security told us to sit on the left side of the plane for great views, and we were glad that we did! It was fun to see Waikiki, Diamond Head, and then Molokai, Lanai and then Maui.

Holly, Jonny, Grant and I flew in a few hours earlier than my parents and Karleigh, so we rented the car, went to Costco and stocked up on food, and then headed back to the airport to pick them up and "lei" them :)

We ate Costco pizza at a scenic overlook on our way to where we were staying, checked in and headed to bed!
