HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY LITTLE MAN! It is true that time flies as you get older...and flies even faster when you have kids. It seriously does not seem like an entire year ago that I was at "work" having this little guy. He is such an amazing kid, we love him!
We started the day out with some cottage cheese pancakes with whipped cream and sprinkles...
And finished the day off with some brownies :)
At 12 months, Boden is:
-WALKING! He probably walks and crawls about equal amounts but is getting much more confident on his feet. He has a cute waddles and has his arms up all the time like a little dinosaur
-climbs like crazy!
-has 9 teeth (3 of them are molars!)
-is totally obsessed with water bottles and loves to drink out of them
-has started drinking some cows milk with meals but still primarily nurses for milk...usually about 4 times a day. Breastfeeding has been so different than it was with Rowan. I'm excited that I was able to avoid using formula and I nursed and pumped enough for him!
-great eater! He'll eat pretty much anything still, hope that continues :)
-loves to climb up the stairs, come in the bathroom when I'm helping Rowan, or go pretty much everywhere he knows he isn't supposed to. He'll look over at us when he starts going where he knows he shouldn't, then smile, giggle and look away and start running as fast as he can
-Babbles a lot...wouldn't say he actually says words but I might just not be observant enough ;)
-Loves his brother...and unfortunately wants every toy he is playing with
